The palate is rich with black berry pie, figs, smoked meats and hints of sage brush. This wine will age easily 10+ years.”

This locally vinted wine is made of 100% Cabernet Franc grapes grown in Northern Ohio. Flavors of cherry, blackberry, vanilla, and cinnamon are apparent. Expect tannins to open up in the glass, and pair this wine with steak, or a gourmet burger.
