From the winery: Intense, complex, with subtle notes of mature red and dark fruit with spicy and mineral touches. Long, expansive and expressive on the palate with elegant, silky tannins and a marked terroir. Delightful with pasta, legumes, sausages or cured meats.
Sustainably farmed, estate grown and bottled. “Deep purple; spice notes, plum and blackberry aromas, dense, savory, loaded with flavor.”
Made by Domaine Hatzimachilas out of Naoussa, Greece. Aromas like rose, ripe cherry, vanilla bean and blackberry. A dry wine with a full body. Features of dry earth and red berries may be discovered. Sample this wine with braised lamb, brown meat sauces or shitake mushrooms.

From the winery:
An intense, inky red, the Nero d’Avola seductively reveals a gorgeous perfume of blackberry liqueur, white flowers, vanilla, and a hint of figs delivered in a leather basket. On the palate, this wine is opulent, full-bodied, and viscous, with a great intensity, superb purity, and a layered, seamless personality that would convince most tasters that this is New World personified. A perfect accompaniment to hearty stews and roasted lamb and beef.
A wine with a full-bodied and dry feel with spectacular aromas of black fig, blackberry and raspberry. This product of Vietti Barolo of Piedmont, Italy plies you with impressions of rocky earth, black fruit and rare steak. A fine complement to creamy cheese, herbes de provence, or braised lamb.
Dry with signature notes of ripe berry fruits with accents of floral aromas and deep herb flavors. A great deal for a Cru Beaujolais from an excellent vintage. Pair with comfort food!
This dry old vine Carignan has a deep, red color and lovely aromas of wild herbs and red berries. On the plate it is rich and full bodied with hints of spice and leather. Excellent with beef, barbeque or firm cheeses.
This cuvée of old vine (vieilles vignes) Carignan comes from a vineyard in the village of Cruzy which is located in the hills of the Herault region, north east of Beziers. The Carignan grape has been planted in the Languedoc for a great many years and the vineyards that produce this wine are all over 50 years old.
From WA: Hightoned cherry with candied and distilled shadings mingles on the nose with brown spices and candied citrus zest, all of which reunite on an infectiously juicy and sweetly fruity palate. Cardamom, citrus rind, and cherry pit serve for an invigorating extension. I would plan to enjoy this over the next 12-18 months while its fruit intensity is intact.
