An unctuously sweet wine made in the traditional botrytis style. The nose is packed with rich flavors of marmalade, cumquat, ripe peach and orange butter. The cumquat character follows through on the palate with layers of yellow peach, butterscotch and a hint of green apple. The finish has a touch of lemon acidity with a lingering orange rind character. Delectable dribbled over vanilla ice cream!

Dry with voluptuous aromas of dried apricots and peaches. Chardonnay is blended in to create a crisp, well-balanced, food-friendly, eminently refreshing wine that tastes like springtime in a glass.

Dry with a little oak.  Opens up with notes of pear, tropical fruit and vanilla.  Flavors of pineapple and graham cracker follow through to a creamy finish.

With a diverse range of aromatics, it’s the citrus and tropical fruit that stand out. Hints of fresh green apple linger as it opens. The toast and spice components are in the early stages of reaching full integration. There are emerging elements of a cr`me brûlée like richness on the palate surrounded by a silky acid matrix. It is showing zesty lemon and fresh pear with a center core of tropical white fruit and sweet tangerine. The aging potential for this wine should be exceptional given the bright acidity and complex fruit profile.

Full-bodied and dry. Look for aromas of ripe banana and bruised apple. Foods like seared sea scallops and lobster pair well with this wine.  Enjoy!
