The soft tannins provide a supple, yet full-bodied finish, with lingering notes of chocolate and espresso.

Dry and blackberry-laden with lots of spice and a bold, lingering finish. Full-bodied and big. If you like The Prisoner, you will love The Sorcerer. Great to drink on its own or would pair well with a ribeye steak or roast duck.
The Bully Cabernet Sauvignon
Dry, full – bodied and bold, plenty of jammy black cherry, currant, cedar box and toasty oak. The structure, acidity and alcohol are present but masked by the intensity of the fruit. Sourced from Kiona Vineyard in Washington, produced by Gorman Winery
Star Lane Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon
Dry with a nose deeply evocative of Santa Rosa plum, crème de cassis, and blackberry which are given complexity by wild sage and chaparral. The mid-palate is marked by a strong mineral presence, with a chalky, savory richness joined to round fruit and notes of Moroccan spice. Structure and balance are given by a bright spine of acidity. Produced in the Happy Canyon of Santa Ynez Valley, California by Star Lane Vineyards
Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Cabernet SLV
Produced by Stags Leap in Napa Valley, California. Subtle aromas of baking spices and cassis with undertones of cinnamon and blackberry jam. A superb full bodied dry wine. Complements meals that include port wine and glace reductions, braised lamb or red wine reductions.
Short Ends Cabernet Sauvignon
Dry with cherry, clove, anise and forest-floor aromas combine with warm spiced plums and a hint of mocha to create a wine that will stand up well to a wide array of foods.
When making a movie, and there is not enough film left in the camera for another take, we replace the magazine and call the left over film stock; “Short Ends.” Similarly, after crafting our Hollywood and Vine “2480″ wines, we often have a little wine left from each of our world-class vineyard sources, and we blend those “Short Ends” into this remarkable and uniquely delicious Napa Valley Cabernet.
San Leonardo Bordeaux-style Blend
Dry. Clean, ripe berry fruit on the nose. The effects of the year’s heat are felt in the ripeness of the fruit and tannins but there is nothing green about it, while the jammy note gives it a certain immediate appeal. Despite this, it has the structure to last another dozen years. This Bordeaux-style blend is produced by Tenuta San Leonardo in Italy.
Roy Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Beautiful aromatics of black fruits, black currant, licorice, dark chocolate and integrated French vanilla oak; well structured with great length of sweet and silky tannins melting into your palate. The lingering finish exhibits complex flavors of rich delicate fruits and warm gravelly earth.
