From the winery: Deep, purple core with wide, bright, bluish tinged rim. Rich, ripe, berry fruit nose with lots of ripe, red plum.  Some floral notes in the background including violets and spring blossoms.  Rich and full in the mouth with tremendous youthful vigour. Layers of berry fruit with developing spice including pepper, cinnamon and vanilla. Oak hardly showset it must  have  done it’s  job  to  have  such  elegance  and  roundness  at  this  early  age. Very attractive now yet loads of development potential.

This red wine combines Syrah, Petite Syrah, Touriga and Tannat grapes. The blend is more than the sum of its parts. It is medium ruby red in color and has a very complex bouquet. It contains flavors of red cherries, blueberries and blackberries. Vina Robles describes it as having “lots of fruit in the mouth, slightly peppery with good acid balance and well formed tannins.”
